1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Geni Kart ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. What Geni Kart is
Geni Kart is a marketplace that allows creators to sell AI skills, personas, prompt packs, and templates, and allows buyers to purchase and download them. We act as the platform intermediary — not the creator or seller of any specific listing.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Seller responsibilities
Sellers represent that they own or have the right to sell the content they list. Listings must not infringe on third-party intellectual property, contain malware, violate applicable law, or misrepresent the product. Geni Kart reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.
5. Buyer responsibilities
Purchases are for your personal or internal business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased content without written permission from the creator. Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying system from a preview session is prohibited.
6. Payments and fees
All prices are listed in INR. Geni Kart collects 10% of each sale as a platform fee. Sellers receive 90% of the sale price, paid out according to our payout schedule. Payments are processed via Razorpay.
7. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for details. Generally, refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the product materially differs from its description.
8. Intellectual property
Sellers retain ownership of their content. By listing on Geni Kart, sellers grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to display and promote their listings. Buyers receive a personal-use licence to the purchased content.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to distribute malware, to scrape content at scale, or to attempt to circumvent our security measures.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any AI skill will produce a specific outcome. AI outputs are inherently variable and should be reviewed before use.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geni Kart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
