How do I download a skill I purchased?
After purchase, you'll see a download button on the success screen. You can also find all your purchases at Dashboard → Purchases and download from there anytime.
The download link isn't working — what do I do?
Try logging out and back in, then visit Dashboard → Purchases to get a fresh download link. If it still doesn't work, email us with your order ID.
How do I request a refund?
Email hello@venturexlabs.xyz with your order ID within 48 hours of purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I sell a skill on Geni Kart?
Create an account, go to Dashboard → New Listing, and fill in your skill details. Listings are reviewed and typically approved within 24 hours.
When do sellers get paid?
Payouts are processed to your UPI ID on a rolling basis. You can track your earnings and payout status at Dashboard → Earnings.
What AI tools do the skills work with?
Each listing shows which AI tools it's compatible with (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, etc.). Most skills work across multiple tools.
Can I try a skill before buying?
Yes! Skills with a preview button let you chat with the AI for 3 free messages before purchasing. Free skills have unlimited preview.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" under the password field. We'll email you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@venturexlabs.xyz from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We'll process it within 5 business days.
