Refund Policy

🔒 48-hour refund guarantee

If a purchased skill or persona materially differs from its listing description, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase — no questions asked.

Eligible for refund

  • The product materially differs from what was described in the listing.
  • The downloadable file is corrupted or does not open.
  • A duplicate charge occurred (technical error).
  • You request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Not eligible for refund

  • You changed your mind after downloading the product.
  • The AI output did not meet your personal expectations (AI outputs are inherently variable).
  • More than 48 hours have passed since purchase.
  • You have already used the product in a commercial project.
  • Free downloads.

How to request a refund

Email hello@venturexlabs.xyz with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Seller impact

When a refund is approved, the sale amount is reversed from the seller's balance. Repeated refunds on a seller's listings may result in review of their account.

Disputes

If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied, you may escalate by replying to the support email thread. We will review all cases fairly and aim to resolve disputes within 3 business days.
